All courses offered here are taught by our Instructor Development Team which is made up of a Course Director and Technical Instructor Trainer, and a team of IDC Staff Instructors. We do not offer easy passes, all of our programs will challenge you, we aim to equip you to hit the ground running in your new profession.

PADI Divemaster
Become a PADI ProPADI Divemaster

Divemasters, are you ready to take on a bit more responsibility, and increase the number of PADI courses and experiences you can conduct independently? The PADI Assistant Instructor Course is for you. This challenging program can be conducted as part of the PADI Instructor Development Course, or as a standalone program. PADI Crossover/OWSI
Welcome to the dark sidePADI Crossover/OWSI
The PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) course is a gateway for both PADI assistant instructors, or established instructors from other agencies, who would like to attend the PADI Instructor Exam (IE) and become PADI Dive Instructors. We conduct these programs as part of our PADI Instructor Development Courses (IDC), they account for the second week, for more information on these programs see here.
PADI Instructor Development Course
Your ticket to your dream job!PADI IDC
This course is for PADI Divemasters, and for dive leaders from other agencies, who would like to join the ranks of PADI diving instructors. This is a two-week program that combines the PADI Assistant Instructor Course and the PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor course. After successfully completing the IDC you will have earned the right to join the PADI Instructor Exams, more info here.
Specialty Instructor

PADI Specialty Instructors teach PADI programs that focus exclusively on specific areas of scuba diving such as Enriched Air use, Deep Diving, Night Diving, Self Reliant Diving, Digital underwater imaging and photography, and many more. PADI MSDT

PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainers, or MSDT’s, are experienced PADI Instructors who are able to teach five or more PADI Specialties (see here for more info on Specialty Instructors). EFR Instructor
Life saving skillsEFR Instructor
PADI requires all of their instructors to be able to teach First Aid and CPR courses, these programs complement the PADI Rescue Diver and related courses. To help you achieve this goal we offer the EFR Instructor course. We always have these running during Instructor Development Courses, but we can also offer them as standalone training programs. IDC Staff Instructor

PADI IDC Staff Instructors are essential to the success of Instructor Development Courses, as well as being able to assume leading roles in almost all parts of these prestigious programs, Staff Instructors are excellent councilors for IDC students.
